However I don’t know if Colt is even producing the A4 rifles now. So an A4 that you find, with no F mark is probably more likely to be an older rifle with an actual Non-F FSB vs a new rifle with an F-FSB that simply isn’t marked.

I did a search for “Colt AR15a4” on gunbroker a few days ago and noticed a seller on the site had split a factory rifle to sell the complete upper and lower separately. This was one of the photos of the complete upper. I haven’t seen a Colt upper like this in the past.
